Boundaries are often one of the most confusing things for individuals that struggle with attachment wounding.
They are either too loose or too rigid and a lot of conflict ensues when they butt up against each other, typically resulting in “push pull” relationships or what i refer to as the “anxious-avoidant trap.”
This is a short and simple exercise to concretize what you think your boundaries might be.
