Mindful Artmaking

In my work as a creative arts therapist, I implement mindfulness-based practices that emphasize the importance of the inward journey; connecting with the mysterious and esoteric parts of the “true self,” or what I refer to as the “essential artist.” This involves meditation and art making as a way of getting in touch with my “inner knowing.” You can find several of these guided meditations on my YouTube channel, as well as process videos for the images below. You can also follow my blog for new and updated information on new projects and meditations.
