Through my education, professional experience, and personal life experiences, I have come to passionately serve insecurely attached adults who want to experience soul-deep intimacy in their romantic relationships.
Experience has taught me it’s not complicated to learn how to attract stable and emotionally available partners when you have a deep understanding of how attachment styles and energy healing works.
As a licensed and board-certified creative arts psychotherapist, over the past 15+ years, I have helped more than 6k students and clients feel more secure and confident, while building soulful relationships.
I have additional training and certifications in Reiki healing, EFT Tapping, hypnotherapy, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and trauma-informed somatic therapy. I have also learned from shamanic mentors and medicine women, such as Sara Wisemen, Terri Uktena, Kristen Von Foxx, and others who prefer not to be named. Tools we use in sessions may include speaking to spirit guides, spirit animals, ancestors, your inner child and other “parts”, or other wisdom keepers.
My varied experience led me to develop my own proprietary method, The MacWilliam Method™, consisting of 3 principle tools to connect mind, body, and spirit: cognitive reframing, body activation, and creative experientials.
